Convenient and Friendly Stay
convenient location public transport friendly staff
I found the location quite convenient, especially its proximity to city airport. It was only a short walk. Public transport links are easily accessible. The DLR and Elizabeth line are nearby (this made getting around simple). The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The shower and toilet needed more attention. I did not find hot water available (this was a bit of an issue).

The staff provided quick service (the employees were very kind). The bartender always looked happy to help and provide the right beverage for each client.

The room was spacious and included a very comfortable mattress plus nice pillows. It came equipped with free parking. The hotel provides an elevator to access the rooms.

Practical and Convenient Stay
convenient location excellent staff great facilities
I found the location very convenient for the ICC ExCeL. The walk was short. Customer service was excellent with both the hotel and restaurant staff. The room was also excellent, clean, and well decorated. There were plenty of plugs and great facilities such as an iron, board, hairdryer, kettle, coffee, bottle of water and biscuits.
I felt the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the strip between the toilet and shower needed some attention.

The hotel is a very short walk from the ICC ExCeL, perfect for attending events. Commuting into the city center is easy with the nearby DLR station. The building is quiet and boasts an easy access to the town center.

Free parking is available. The hotel offers discounted food and drinks at the bar for its guests, open to the public. There is a bar downstairs with a lovely outdoor seating area. The staff held our luggage after checkout.

The room was a fantastic size, offering ample space for a comfortable stay. My room included an iron and board, a hairdryer. a kettle with coffee supplies. A bottle of water and biscuits were provided too.

THE hotel IS very close to Excel. I found friendly staff throughout my stay. Free parking was available, which helped a lot. I needed everything, and the rooms provided it.
The shower didn't drain well, this made me feel a little uncomfortable.

a few minor issues

the staff were lovely! they gave a warm welcome. the rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. i found the building beautiful with a lovely dining and garden area. it had a cozy relaxed atmosphere!
the room was gross and smelled damp! there was a big orange damp stain down one wall. i noticed black moldy sealant in the shower. someone else's hair was down the cracked sink plughole.

The location was great for the Excel centre I visited. My room was spacious with lots of storage and hangers. I got 20% off all food in the bar since I was an overnight guest.

happy stay near the excel
great staff strong water comfy bed
i really enjoyed how close the hotel was to transport. i found the staff really helpful, and they had a great corner shop nearby. the water pressure in the shower was strong and the bed super comfortable, i have nothing to complain.
the tv remote didnt work properly, i found it slightly annoying.

Pawel was a great member of staff, and he was helpful. he had a delay in my check-in because the restaurant was busy. Pawel offered me a complimentary beer, so that was a nice touch.

the room included coffee or tea making facilities along with toiletries in the bathroom. i got a discount for the pub food because i was staying at the hotel. the food tasted delicious, so i appreciated that.
